One of the (many) reasons I absolutely love dancing is the fact it keeps me fit and healthy. It’s a great form of exercise for people of all ages. But if you’re drawn to dance because you’re looking to get in shape, one thing you might be interested in is the calorie burn of various types of dance, so here’s a breakdown.
