Don’t forget our online class again this Sunday 10am. This week is legs, you don’t need any equipment, just yourself, but if you do have weights you can certainly use them.
This is a fantastic class, and you can go at your own pace and i will adapt the exercises for you if needed. So, no excuses, let’s get working out, have a laugh, and do something positive.
