As a qualified female personal trainer, I absolutely love to help people to achieve their health and fitness goals. Sometimes that's a weight loss goal, sometimes it's about toning up and other times it's about training for a sporting event. Whatever it is, I'm here to help. I operate as a personal trainer in Oldham and also online for those unable to make it to the studio.
Who's this for?
I specialise in training women with goals including weight loss and improving fitness. I train women of all ages from their teens right up to their 80s!
When Does This Class Run?
One to one training is scheduled around you at a time that suits. We can discuss times and days based on your schedule.
Where does the class take place?
At our studio - 328 Shaw Road, Oldham, OL1 4WH. I also offer training online for those unable to make it to the studio.
