Hi. I'm Melanie and I'm a dancer and qualified personal trainer. But above all else, I'm a Mum. After each of my pregnancies, my confidence suffered greatly. And despite being completely in love with my babies, sometimes I found maternity leave to be a little isolating. With a new baby, finding time for the gym was tough. That's what inspired me to start postnatal fitness classes. My classes are designed to be fun first and foremost, but also to help you get fit, feel in better shape and meet other new Mums. And don't worry about finding someone to look after the little one. We welcome new Mums to bring their babies along.

Having a baby is a huge and life changing experience. Every single emotion under the sun will probably play a part of your life in those first few months.

My fitness classes for new Mums are designed to fit in around your busy life and the baby too. It's about having a laugh with new friends going through the same thing you're going through while getting active too. And many of our Mums choose to bring baby too!
